The Chilenrain farmhouse dates from 1766, the early days of classicism, and is now a municipal listed building. In 2015, architect Martin Pfister converted the stately farmstead into an apartment building and adapted it sensitively and coherently to today’s needs – without neglecting its 250-year history. We recreated the filigree windows and doors according to the classicist model and preserved them for the future.
