One hundred years after the construction of the Romanshorn electricity plant, its classicist administration building was completely renovated and made fit for modern operation. 90 insulating windows were rebuilt in oak and fitted with new espagnolettes. The decorative window linings, including radiator coverings, now meet current energy and safety requirements. The meeting room in the wooden attic, which offers a stunning view of Lake Constance through a seven-metre-long window, is considered the jewel of the entire renovation.
