The 50,000-square-metre industrial site – idyllically located on the Töss River – now forms a charming, industrial-urban quarter with lofts, offices, studios, a cinema, a dance school, a boccia court and a water feature. Our technicians wer able to preserve most of the 175-year-old Biedermeier windows, which retain their character thanks to the typical espagnolettes, angled bands and new double-hung sashes with insulating glazing.
