On the 236,000 square metre industrial site where the traditional Zwicky twisting mill used to produce silk, a new lively and urban quarter with diverse living and working space has been created. For the centre building and its bistro, made of the typical beige and red bricks, we recreated the windows in the industrial turn of the century style, reused the original bar closures and replaced the inner window linings.
